Victorious has served young people in schools and thru numerous community organizations nationwide. He leverages his positions to teach young people to value themselves and their legacy in order to create positive change within their communities.
He recently co-authored his first book entitled Man Uplifting: Love, Leadership and Loyalty with Alfred Duncan. The book is written specifically for young men journeying into manhood. The book presents a varying view of manhood. One that grounds manhood in vulnerability, emotional understanding and community service.

Shamija hails from the beautiful islands of the Bahamas. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Baltimore. With more than 9 years experience as an Administrator, Shamija has a proven track record of senior level management, budget management, strategic planning, program development and management. She has a strong ability to streamline processes to maximize efficiency and foster professional relationships within organizations. She is ambitious catalyst for change using innovative design thinking to create, test, adapt and implement systems and approaches.

Restorative Practices Consultant
Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia, Randy has been a Professional Educator of over 20 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Norfolk State University and Master’s Degrees from Cambridge College and Regent University.
During a professional development in 2014, Randy was introduced to Restorative Practices. He immediately realized the impact Restorative Practices could have on teachers, students, and eliminating the school to prison pipeline. Following his passion of being a practitioner of Restorative Practices, Randy became a certified trainer through the International Institute of Restorative Practices and Restorative Strategies LLC.
